There is a darker side of love...

I am the unrequited...wretched love.
A vengeance god...

Love's vigilante, but really by no means take me for a villain. Not all whom punish are evil. As one of the erotes I'd rather view myself as a sort of dark angel, but by no means am I evil. I only punish those who punish themselves by denying...by scorning love. Sometimes we must punish in order to teach a lesson, to inspire growth and change. It is surely understandable that they bring my wrath upon themselves... for wronging the broken hearted...

And in return, by my divine hand? They must have their own hearts broken. They must know how it feels to be unwanted, to be jilted and rejected.

Ever hear the expression: It is better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all?

There is a whole other side to that statement which is often time overlooked.

Also: (If it isn't already terribly apparent, I'm not Jude Law nor have I ever been Jude Law ;) However I envision Anteros resembling Jude Law and thus is why I chose Jude Law for inspiration. IF Jude Law were to ever stumble across this journal by accident he may very well laugh his ass off---but he would be the only one allowed---the rest of you are only allowed to worship me. *Yes, I'm joking about the worship part. Don't be so damned serious all the time---it will show in your face. :P ~Love)
